Device teams

Anatomy your proctors can teach on, and your engineers can test on

Two kinds of work for medical device companies: training models for education teams, and development phantoms for R&D. Both are supplied for training and bench testing, with the intended use and requirements agreed before production.

Training and demo models

Cardiovascular bench trainers

Bench models for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid procedures, made for proctors and congress demos. The frame stays. The silicone valve is the part that wears, and it comes out for a fresh one.

  • Silicone leaflets; discuss your echo and camera requirements
  • Replaceable valve inserts, sold in packs
  • Batches of 5 to 50, built to an agreed design
  • Access geometry adapted to your procedure and instruments

Airway and bronchoscopy test models

Bronchial trees and upper airways, printed flexible or rigid, for testing scopes and navigation systems. We agree the source anatomy, access and mounting requirements with you, then plan revisions around your test schedule.

  • Branching anatomy and scan-derived geometry agreed for your test
  • Wall thickness and flexibility selected for the test setup
  • Clear or opaque, with or without a mounting base
  • Available drawings and material data sheets, on request

Bring a sketch, or just the procedure name.

One phone call is usually enough for a price range and a first date. We also make prototypes, jigs and fixtures. Material and process options are agreed for each brief.
