Pharma & hospitals

The part the manufacturer stopped making

A clamp, a guide, a gear, a housing. The line is down, or the instrument sits in a drawer, because a part that used to cost a few francs is no longer sold. Send a photo and two dimensions: most parts are quoted within one working day.

Reverse engineering

From a worn original to a part on the line

We measure the original, or work from your drawing, and redraw it with the wear points reinforced. Tell us about heat, cleaning chemicals, loads and any contact requirements so we can assess suitable materials. We agree the dimensions, fit checks and acceptance requirements before production.

  • PA12 (SLS) for most mechanical parts; PEEK and ULTEM where heat or chemistry demand it
  • Silicones and flexible resins for seals and gaskets
  • Available material documentation and drawings, agreed with your brief
  • Series of 5 to 200 for parts you swap on a schedule, with spares printed alongside the first order

Who asks us for parts

Pharma production and packaging lines

Grippers, guides, format parts and covers for filling and blister lines whose supplier changed the model years ago.

Laboratories

Sample holders, adapters, rack inserts and instrument parts that never existed in the catalogue, or left it.

Hospital technical services

Knobs, brackets, housings and trays for equipment that still works, apart from one broken piece of plastic.

Engineering offices

Jigs and one-off fixtures, drawn and printed from a sketch within days.
