About

Anatomical models and custom parts, made in Switzerland

MedForm3D is a Swiss design and additive manufacturing company specializing in patient-specific 3D-printed anatomical models for surgical planning. We also design and print custom parts and prototypes for medtech and technical teams.

What we do

MedForm3D started with patient-specific anatomical models for presurgical planning, helping ORL/ENT and craniomaxillofacial surgeons rehearse complex procedures on physical replicas of their patients' anatomy.

The same materials knowledge now goes into a broader range of work: medical device prototypes, custom technical components, pharma training models, and hard-to-source replacement parts. The anatomy taught us to be precise. Everything else benefits from it.

Production happens in Switzerland. You upload through a secure portal, approve the design before anything is printed, and talk to the same people from first upload to delivery.

What drives us

Start From the Need

Every project starts from a concrete need: a surgeon rehearsing a difficult approach, an engineer replacing an obsolete part. We ask what the object has to do before we discuss anything else.

Direct Collaboration

We work directly with the surgeon or engineer who needs the part. Fewer people in the chain means fewer misunderstandings and a result that matches what was actually asked for.

Swiss Quality

Every part is produced and checked at our facility in Switzerland before it ships. If something is not right, it does not go out.

Easy to Order

You should not need a university hospital budget or a procurement department to order a model. Upload a case, get a quote, approve the design, receive the part.

What we're working on

Current development work: multi-material assemblies, soft-tissue simulation models, and high-performance polymers such as PEEK and ULTEM. Some of this feeds back into surgical planning; some of it goes into industrial and medtech projects.

Work with us

Tell us about your case or your part. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
